As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process and contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team on a production line.
• Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
• Inspecting materials and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Working at a consistent pace to meet daily or hourly production targets.

Experience

• Proven manufacturing knowledge is essential for troubleshooting production issues.
• Previous production experience is required, providing familiarity with operational procedures.
• A background in assembly work will be beneficial for understanding production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.

Shift:

• Monday to Thursday: 14:00-23:00, Friday: 13:00-16:00 > 39h a week

Payrate:

• £12.71
