Start People are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well‑established client in Gateshead.

This role will initially begin on day shift, with a move to a permanent night shift once fully trained.

Shift Patterns & Pay

Day Shift (Training Period)
🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
💷 £12.80 per hour

Permanent Night Shift
🌙 Monday to Thursday | 8:30pm – 7:00am
💷 £14.60 per hour

✅ Overtime available

Duties Include

• Taping units and preparing products for production
• Loading and unloading items on the production line
• Operating machinery (full training provided)
• Quality checking finished products to ensure standards are met
