We are currently recruiting an experienced Fabricator Welder for a well-established manufacturing company based in Doncaster.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy industry, working with mild steel and confident reading and working from engineering drawings.

The Role:

• Fabrication and MIG welding of mild steel components
• Working from detailed engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to specification
• Producing high-quality welds and fabrications
• Working within a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
• Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong background in heavy industry
• Experience working with mild steel
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as structural steel, heavy fabrication, trailers, or similar industries.

Pay: £16.50 – £18.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday | 10 Hour Shifts | Temp to Perm
