Our client, a leading manufacturing business are currently looking to recruit for a number of permanent Line / Machine Operatives to work at their site in Flint.

As an Operator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the manufacturing team by operating and monitoring machinery across various production lines. This role requires versatility and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of the Shift Operational Lead to meet production goals.

Pay and benefits

• £13.82 per hour from January 2026. Paid breaks (75 mins per shift!)
• Duration: Permanent, subject to a 3 month probationary period
• Non-guaranteed bonus: 5%
• Employer pension contribution: 5%, rising to 9%
• Hours of work: Shift pattern to include 12 hours shifts (7-7) days and nights
