Production Operative – YO42

Start People are recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced Food/Drink manufacturing company in Seaton Ross near York (YO42). This role is a temporary to permanent role with development opportunities.

Due to the location of the site candidates must have access to transport.

Our client will put you through condensed training programme to ensure you are progressing at the right speed – once you pass your probation, you may move onto more senior roles.

Shift Schedule

You will be working on 2 Shift Rotation

Week 1- Monday -Thursday, Saturday – Sunday 0700-1530

Week 2- Tuesday – Friday, 0700-1530.

Pay

£12.01 per hour

Duties include

• Operating a variety of different types of machinery
• Maximising machine efficiencies whilst minimising any down time
• Meeting manufacturing targets on a daily basis
• Ensuring the final product meets quality and customer specifications
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
