Start People are recruiting Factory Operatives for our successful and growing client in Chilton, Ferryhill.

Available shifts: ⏰

Factory 1:
Monday–Friday
6:00am–2:45pm

Factory 2:
Rotating shifts
6:00am–2:00pm
2:00pm–10:00pm

The role:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling and packaging products
• Using hand and power tools where required
• Carrying out quality checks
• Moving materials around the production area
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What we’re looking for:

• Previous factory, production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to health & safety
