We’re recruiting assemblers for a well-established, market-leading manufacturer based in Doncaster.

This is a hands-on, physical role that would suit someone with a joinery, woodworking, or construction background who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in a job well done.

• 4-day working week — every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off
• Overtime available, paid at time and a half after 40 hours

The Role:

• Fitting and installing timber flooring onto trailer chassis and bodies
• Measuring, cutting and positioning floor boards accurately to specification
• Securing flooring using hammers, drills and drill drivers
• Working to tight tolerances to ensure a flush, high-quality finish
• Kneeling and working at low level for extended periods — this is a physically demanding role
• Handling and moving timber boards and materials around the production area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What we’re looking for:

• A background in joinery, woodworking, flooring installation or construction is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using hand and power tools including hammers, drills and drill drivers
• Physically fit and able to kneel and bend for long periods throughout a 10-hour shift
• Reliable, hardworking and able to maintain pace in a production environment
• Good attention to detail — the finish matters
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
