Start People Ltd are recruiting for assembly operative for our client based in the Cramlington.

Shifts are Monday to Friday – 2 shift rotation

6am to 2pm then 2pm to 10pm

£13.81 an hour – this is due to go up – Paid weekly every Friday

Overtime available

The role:

• Working on a production line doing dexterous hand assembly work / using handheld tools
• Manufacturing to high standard and meeting all customer specifications
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Operation machinery
• Filling out paperwork and keeping production logs
• Electrical assembly is desirable
• SMT and soldering work

The Person

• Reliability and the desire to work long term
• The ability to work effectively within a team and communicate competently with colleagues
• Punctuality and good timekeeping
