We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assembling components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operating various machines
• Conducting routine inspections of products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies in the production process to supervisors promptly.

The Skills You’ll Have

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Proficiency in using hand tools / operating machines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues.

Your Working Hours

You will be starting on Dayshift for the duration of your training and then moving to 2 shifts.

• Dayshift:  Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
• Lateshift: Monday to Thursday 2pm – 12 midnight

What you’ll be paid

£12.21 to £14.96 per hour
