Start People is hiring motivated and experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a dynamic food manufacturing operation in Maghull (Sefton Lane Industrial Estate). This role offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods
• Work in freezers and chillers
• Ensure the manufacturing team has the correct stock at the right time
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance License (minimum 2 years experience)
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting
• Good physical fitness for light manual work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Hours & Pay:

• Salary: £13.15 per hour
• Hours: 06:00 – 18:00 or 08:00-20:00, 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
