Machine Operator / Finisher

Start People have an immediate requirement for a metal finisher/fettler/dresser.

Working mainly with fabricated/welded items to de-burr, buff, blend, clean, grind, and polish components/parts in accordance with company quality and production standards.

Job Role

• Grind, file, sand, de-burr or polish parts.
• Perform assigned duties using manual, pneumatic and electric hand tools and machines.
• Manipulate work piece or tool manually.
• Replace worn machine accessories when required.
• Perform component cleaning operations.

Pay and Shift Times

2 SHIFT – 06.00 -14.00 and 14.00 – 22.00

Weekly pay every Friday

£15.27-£16.63 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
