Van Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity | Meadowfield

Start People are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our client’s team in Meadowfield on a temp-to-perm basis for the right candidate! 😊

🕐 Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm

💷 Pay

£13.50 per hour – paid weekly 💰

📦 The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Safely operating company vehicles to collect and deliver goods.
• Planning routes efficiently to make the best use of time and fuel.
• Loading and unloading goods, including some heavy lifting.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately and keeping dispatch updated.
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service at every delivery. 🤝

✅ About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver.
• A valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
