We’re recruiting a Production Operative to join the night shift team at a well-established materials manufacturer based in Chadderton, supplying advanced materials used in the aerospace, wind energy, marine and automotive industries.

This role involves operating a heat seaming machine to join materials together, and would suit someone who takes pride in producing a high-quality, accurate finish.

The Role:

• Operating the heat seaming machine to join materials together accurately
• Handling materials carefully and with attention to detail throughout the process
• Working with heavy rolls of material, using lifting aids provided
• Some bending and leaning forward involved as part of the role
• Checking finished product for quality and consistency
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and bending
• A careful, methodical approach with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and comfortable working nights, Monday to Friday
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

Hours: Monday to Friday | 22:00–06:10
