Paint Finisher – Doncaster | £13.50/hr | Mon–Thu Only

£13.50 per hour | Monday to Thursday | 05:00–15:30 | Overtime Available Fridays

We’re recruiting a Paint Finisher for a well-established, market-leading manufacturer based in Doncaster. Working closely alongside the spray paint team, this is a role for someone who has a keen eye for detail and takes real pride in delivering a high-quality finish.

The Role:

• Working alongside paint sprayers to complete the finishing process on trailers
• Inspecting painted surfaces and rectifying any imperfections, runs or blemishes
• Applying finishing touches to ensure every product leaves the paint shop to the highest standard
• Using a silicone gun to seal joints, edges and seams to a professional finish
• Buffing and polishing surfaces where required
• Keeping the paint shop area clean, tidy and organised
• Working to production schedules to ensure trailers move through the paint process on time

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in paint finishing, bodyshop work, or a similar finishing role
• A sharp eye for detail — you’ll be the last line of quality control before a product leaves the paint shop
• Comfortable using a silicone gun and finishing tools
• Able to work at pace while maintaining a high standard
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
• Takes pride in their work and the finished product
