We’re recruiting a Paint Prep Technician for a well-established, market-leading trailer manufacturer based in Doncaster.

This is a hands-on role working within a busy paint shop environment, supporting the spray team to keep production moving.

Monday to Thursday | 05:00–15:30 | Overtime Paid at Time + Half

The Role:

• Prepping trailers ready for paint

• Buffing and cleaning trailer surfaces to a high standard

• Masking off complete trailers prior to spraying

• Moving trailers and goods in and out of the paint room

• Supporting the spray team with materials and day-to-day tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a paint prep, bodyshop, or similar production role (desirable but not essential)

• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work

• Able to work at pace in a production environment

• Reliable, punctual and a good team player

• Happy to work early starts
