We are looking for ambitious individuals with strong communication and numeracy skills for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a world-leading manufacturer. This role offers a clear, structured career path into supervision and technical departments.

The Role

Documentation: Accurate recording of quality checks, downtime, and batch traceability.
Systems: Using digital tools for reporting and production tracking.
Efficiency: Meeting fast-paced targets while maintaining high safety standards.

What You Bring

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
• A positive attitude and the drive to progress into a Supervisory role.

Pay Progression

• Start: £12.71/hr
• Qualified (6-9 months): £14.00/hr
• Supervisor Training (12-18 months): £16.00/hr
• Extras: x1.5 Overtime, Double Time Sundays, and an annual bonus up to £1,500.

Shifts:

• Rotating (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) Mon–Fri
