Start People is recruiting Production & Packing Operatives for our client in Bishop Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity offering stability, weekly pay, and the chance to secure a permanent position after a qualifying period.

What You’ll Be Doing?

You’ll play an important part in a busy FMCG production environment, carrying out tasks such as:

• Operating production and packing machinery
• Manual handling and lifting
• Unloading boxes and palletising finished goods
• Working on a fast‑paced production line
• Quality checking products
• Occasionally completing small, dexterous tasks

Shift Pattern & Hours

2‑Shift Rotation (Monday–Friday):

• Early Shift: 7am – 3pm
• Late Shift: Monday–Thursday 3pm – 11pm | Friday 3pm – 9pm
