We are recruiting experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a well-established logistics operation in Blackburn. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career development, structured training, and a modern working environment.

You will be part of a professional and safety-focused team, working in a clean and well-organised warehouse with up-to-date technology and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Case picking and stacking (up to 20kg)
• Operating Reach Trucks, PPTs, and order picking equipment
• Using tablets for inventory control and order processing
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• PPT licence is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Own transport preferred due to shift times

Shift Pattern

Training Period:
Monday to Friday | 08:00–16:30

Post-training Rotating Shifts:

• AM Shift: Monday to Friday | 06:00–14:00
• PM Shift: Monday to Thursday | 14:00–22:00
