Production Operative – 4-Day Week + Optional Overtime Fridays

Pay: £12.50 per hour (paid weekly) – up to £14.50 once trained

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM (39 hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing materials
• Manually stuffing materials into various product sizes at speed
• Checking finished products meet quality standards
• Recording production data
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting/moving materials)
