Salary £32k to £35k

We have a very exiting opportunity for a German-speaking Customer Service Executive in Deeside.

To provide excellent service through on-time and in-full delivery of orders. Work closely with Planning, sales , and Distribution to ensure customer requirements are met.

· Accurate and timely input of all customer orders, checking stock availability or flagging deficits to Logistics Manager / planning for action.

· Maintain focus on all orders to ensure they are despatched on time and in full every time.

· Ensure all logistics colleagues are kept informed of delivery details and transport booked directly where required.

· Maintain focus and ownership of customer OTIF target of 98.5% plus.

· Ensure new product administration is completed on time.

· Ensure any EDI rejections / technical issues actioned urgently with MIS.

· Assist with the resolution of customer queries – PODs, haulier performance.
