Start People Ltd are recruiting an FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy and growing logistics team.

Hours of work: ⏰

Training Period:
Monday–Friday
8:00am–5:00pm

After Training:
Rotating weekly shifts, Monday–Friday
6:00am–2:00pm
2:00pm–10:00pm

The role:

• Safely operating FLT trucks
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Booking stock in and out using warehouse systems
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Completing general warehouse duties
• Reporting equipment faults and safety concerns

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence ✅
• Previous FLT driving and warehouse experience
• Experience with stock control and warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Reliable, hardworking and a great team player
