Start People are looking for an experienced Supervisor who also has a background in joinery & manufacturing for an amazing up and coming client in Billingham.

Working hours & Pay

7:30am till 3:45pm Monday to Friday (overtime available)

£38,624.00 annually / £18.56 an hour

This will be either be a temp to perm or a straight permanent role

Requirements & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the daily activities and overseeing projects of the bench joiners
• you must have some joinery experience (bench joinery, basic joiner and carpentry or construction joinery)
• Ability to utilise the team efficiently
• Liaising with other departments to ensure all items are clearly marked and checked prior to dispatch
• Responsible for ensuring quality control and ISO is adhered to
• Ability to manage a team of around 20 people, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and understood

Candidate must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
