We are currently recruiting for a production operative to join a well-established manufacturer of food packaging. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating machinery in line with production requirements
• Monitoring machine performance and maintaining consistent quality standards
• Ensuring all products meet strict food packaging and hygiene standards
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Working to production targets in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience experience working within a production setting
• Knowledge or experience within a food production or food packaging environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
