Our client, a market leading FMCG manufacturer are currently recruiting for a keen and motivated HR Administrator to join their team.
We are seeking a charismatic individual, looking for their next long term opportunity. We would look for someone who is confident to work on their own, effectively manage themselves and their tasks under any pressures.
Role duties
– Very Admin ‘heavy’ to begin with, conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Assist in the maintenance of HR Information Systems
– Service of Operations, absence levels, staff inductions, agency timesheets
– Training, new starters, manage staff holidays, payroll
– Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR-related queries
– Provide administrative support to the group HR team
Person specification
– Dynamic, receptive individual, a quick learner
– FMCG/Manufacturing/Construction background
– Knowledge of SAGE, Microsoft Platforms
– Excellent communication skills to interact with employees effectively
